Called on a Saturday morning expecting to hear back on Monday. I got a call back within hours! Explained issue - suspected inground pool (35+ years old) leaking - got an appointment for Monday. Sadly I was right about the leak but repair could be started on Tuesday (woohoo as loss was about 2-3 inches overnight). The extensive repair was completed by Friday. I cannot tell you how grateful and pleased I am.

Adam answered my questions with graciousness and kindness (I’m a beginner taking care of the pool) and even helped me laugh a little at myself A+++

Adam was very helpful in updating my pool, I was very impressed in the coordination of the work from start to finish, my pool was completed in 2 weeks time!! Adam and his team are top notch!  Our prior pool servicing company cancelled our opening last minute and advised they didn't know when they would be able to open.  We reached out to Blue Touch and not only was Adam extremely responsive in getting back to me but he went above and beyond to schedule a timely opening.  The team was on time, professional and answered any questions we may have had.  The cancellation of our opening by the "other" company, is the best thing that could have happened as it resulted in our finding Blue Touch!
